As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 541.756.1123 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Current COVID-19 Delivery Guidelines

Prior to our delivery team’s arrival we request that the space be cleared & ready for your new furniture.

When we arrive at your house, our delivery team will ask which room the item or items will be going.

We request that the 6’ social distancing guidelines be observed.

When we enter & exit the house, we would like you to open & close all doors – to limit our delivery team’s contact of surfaces.

The delivery team will let you know when they are done & they will step out of the room maintaining the 6’ social distancing.

Please inspect the furniture & advise the delivery team if everything is fine, something needs to be moved or if there is a problem.

Upon completion of the delivery, using your cell phone we will send you a Contact Free Delivery Confirmation.

You will see our truck as far South as Brookings, up North to Florence, and as far East as Remote. We offer free haul away for mattress sets with purchase of a new mattress set.

Engles will inspect your furniture before it is delivered. Furnishings will be loaded properly for safe transportation to your home. Our friendly office staff will call you the night before to confirm delivery and will give you a two-hour time window for the arrival.

On the day of delivery, the well-trained delivery team will call you prior to heading to your home. Rest assured a strong team will do all the work, so you can relax and get ready to enjoy your new furniture.

Estimated Arrival Time for Your Delivery The estimated two-hour arrival time is set for your upcoming delivery the night before between 5:00 and 6:00 and we will call you with your time window.
