Welcome to our website! As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 541.756.1123 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

You will see our truck as far South as Brookings, up North to Florence, and as far East as Remote. We offer free haul away for mattress sets with purchase of a new mattress set.

Engles will inspect your furniture before it is delivered. Furnishings will be loaded properly for safe transportation to your home. Our friendly office staff will call you the night before to confirm delivery and will give you a two-hour time window for the arrival.

On the day of delivery, the well-trained delivery team will call you prior to heading to your home. Rest assured a strong team will do all the work, so you can relax and get ready to enjoy your new furniture.


  • Your merchandise will generally be delivered between 8:15am and 5:00pm amid a 2-hour time window.
  • Our Delivery Office will contact you the evening before between 5:00pm and 6:00pm to give you an approximate time frame for delivery.
  • To avoid accidents in your home, please remove all pictures, plaques, mirrors, loose rugs and any breakable items from the entrance and hallways that will be used by the delivery crew.
  • Traffic delays, difficult deliveries, bad weather, and other situations may delay our arrival time at your home. We will call you if we expect to arrive outside of our estimated time period. (If you must leave the house unexpectedly, please call our Delivery Office so we can notify the delivery driver.)
  • It is your responsibility to be home when your merchandise is scheduled for delivery. In case of your absence due to an emergency, please call the store. If no one is home or able to accept delivery, you will need to contact us to pick up the merchandise at our store or to reschedule for the next time we are in your area.
  • Premium delivery service is available within the normal delivery area for $199.00. Special trips and deliveries outside our normal delivery area are available for $5.00 per mile one way.
  • The delivery team can move existing furniture on your premise on a piece-by-piece basis with prior arrangements.
  • Haul away service is available upon request prior to delivery and limited to the number of pieces being delivered. $100.00 for the first piece and $50.00 for each additional piece.
